Pascal Gagnon has been Manoir de Tilly's executive Chef for over 14 years. The owners' son, he has developed a passion for fine dining over the years. Having grown up in the Manoir, Chef Gagnon fervently wishes to impress his customers by creating refined menus to please the most discriminating palate.
With a diploma from the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, he chooses to perfect his culinary talent by working in collaboration with a French chef from the Périgord region who is an expert in foie gras and duck confit. His devotion to local products motivates him to create gourmet flavours based on the treasures of our region.
